Sure. We can lay tiles in different pattern configurations . This process will require more time and often result in great waste. So keep this in mind.

Sure we can do that. While we can reset the loose tile, there will not be a warranty because the loose tile has be subjected to stress of being walked on without proper mortar supporting it.
We can only provide the warranty if you have new extra tiles.
We use grout between tiles and we use caulking in the corners. Many contractors use grout in the corners which is improper. Ever notice a bathroom where the entire corner is cracked? Most likely it is grout. The problem is that walls have movement. Grout is not flexible, so it cracks. Chaulk is flexible so it less likely to crack. It may crack is the movement is extreme.
It is difficult to say because of variables such as wall movement.
Properly installed silicone chaulk can last over 5 years. Silicone chaulk lasts the longest. Acrylic based Chaulk don’t have the same longevity.
There are many variables, such as humidity and quality of material, that can lengthen and shorten that. It’s important to monitor for signs of water damage or peeling caulk to catch the issue.
