A ballpark estimate is basically a price range created based on our experiences doing similar projects. 99% of the time, it means the bottom number is the minimum and the higher number is the max. In rare cases, it can be more or less. For an exact estimate we advise you to schedule a day for our pro to stop by.
We do our best to provide free estimates. For some projects especially that require traveling to the customer’s place we charge $25 for a trip. If the customer signs our contract we refund the amount.

For projects under $500 we don't ask for an upfront deposit, but if we need to purchase materials we may ask for a deposit to cover materials.
